  • Meetings: We’re professionals, but we’re people first. We want you to be comfortable throughout the event so that you can focus on the important part – making those invaluable connections. Smart casual is the way to go
  • Shared Experiences: Casual and comfortable. Check the weather and your activity description
  • 19 October: Opening Night: Bohemian Bliss: Bohemian chic – neutral, earthy, and soft tones. Leave the heels, and bring comfortable shoes and a lightweight jacket in case it gets chilly
  • 20 October: Deslumbrante – A Night of Dazzling Drama: Glamorous. Glitzy. Black-tie. Dress to impress in evening colours
  • 21 October: Closing Night: Sumptuous Splendour: Cocktail attire – classy suits and midi dresses or skirts in evening colours. The evening will be held in a garden, so avoid stiletto shoes and bring a wrap in case it gets chilly

Your accommodation is booked for you at Palácio Estoril Hotel, Golf & Wellness or Grande Real Villa Italia Hotel & Spa.

Your default reservation is for a single occupancy room from 19th to 22nd October 2022.

Please note, any additional services not agreed upon at your confirmation to the event, as well as hotel incidentals, will be charged to you. All charges must be settled with the hotel upon departure.

Complimentary transfers from Lisbon Airport (LIS) to our host hotels will be provided on the official arrival and departure days (19 October and 22 October, respectively) by our local partner TempoVip DMC Portugal.

Look out for our team member with the Amour sign at Lisbon airport when you arrive.

All evening transfers to our partner dinner venues are provided and arranged for the group from Palácio Estoril Hotel, Golf & Wellness and Grande Real Villa Italia Hotel & Spa.
